Revvin’ 4 Research marks 17th anniversary, raising over $16K

On Sunday, September 28, the 17th annual Revvin’ 4 Research occurred in Pelham, AL, complete with the sound of engines and the sight of pinked-out motorcycles and riders. Presented by Heart of Dixie Harley-Davidson and Lil Bits Tavern/Alabama Blazin Bingo, the yearly ride benefited the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama (BCRFA) and raised over $16K to support local breast cancer research. Over 300 motorcyclists riding almost 250 motorcycles cruised through the Shelby County roads.  

CahabaQue Tailgate Challenge raises Over $14K for local breast cancer research

The Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama (BCRFA) welcomed hundreds of supporters to CahabaQue Tailgate Challenge on Saturday, September 6, at Cahaba Brewing Company as they raised $14,620 for breast cancer research in Alabama. The event, which was a reimagined twist on the traditional CahabaQue bi-annual BBQ Cook-Off, attracted 500 guests to support breast cancer research.

Bolt for Breast Cancer 5K and Fun Run Boasts a New Name, but Same Mission 

The Bolt for Breast Cancer, organized by the Junior Board of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama (BCRFA) and presented by ABC 33/40, took place at Crestline Field on Sunday, October 27, and raised a whopping $48,287 with 565 participants of the 5K and 1-mile Dolly Dash.  

Revvin’ 4 Research Celebrates 16th Anniversary, raising over $15,000

On Sunday, September 29, the 16th annual Revvin’ 4 Research motorcycle ride in Pelham, AL was an amazing event filled with the sounds of roaring engines. Presented by Heart of Dixie Harley-Davidson and Process Barron, this ride supported the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama (BCRFA) and raised over $15,000 for local breast cancer research. It was heartwarming to see over 327 riders on 225 motorcycles, with some traveling from out of town and out of state to attend.
