Shop till you Drop at Pink Private Shopping Night

BELK AT THE SUMMIT HOSTS PINK PRIVATE SHOPPING NIGHT

Birmingham, AL — As a part of its ongoing support of breast cancer research, Belk, Inc. will host its eleventh annual Pink Private Shopping Night to benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama (BCRFA).  In celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, shoppers can have VIP after-hours access on Sunday, October 9th, 2016, from 6:30 until 9:00 p.m., at Belk at The Summit. Belk has provided longstanding support of breast cancer research, totaling over $400,000 since 2006, including annual grant funding and proceeds of the Private Shopping Night.

“The BCRFA is elated to once again be part of this fabulous opportunity provided by Belk,” said Kate Kiefer, BCRFA Board of Directors President.  “This has become a ‘can’t miss’ event for our supporters and Belk fans. The after-hours private shopping is a VIP experience with by live music from Goodfellas, incredible food by Kathy G & Company, and beverages compliments of United Johnson Brothers, Coca-Cola Bottling Company and ALABev. An exciting new addition to this year’s shopping night will be a Fashionably Pink fashion show, featuring day to night outfits modeled by breast cancer survivors. ”

All ticket sale proceeds benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama and fund live-saving breast cancer research in Alabama.
