REV YOUR ENGINES FOR BREAST CANCER RESEARCH

REVVIN’ 4 RESEARCH CHARITY MOTORCYCLE RIDE

Heart of Dixie Harley-Davidson will host the 7th annual “Revvin’ 4 Research” Charity Motorcycle ride on Sunday, October 4, 2015.  Proceeds from the event will benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama (BCRFA).

With the support of Heart of Dixie Harley-Davidson in Pelham, a host of generous sponsors, an incredible group of volunteers, the annual ride has raised nearly $100,000 since the inaugural ride in 2009. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the ride benefit breast cancer research in Alabama.  Riders of this year’s event will register at Heart of Dixie Harley-Davidson at 11:00 a.m. with kickstands up at 1:00 p.m. The charity event is a police-escorted ride, with a mid-ride stop at Riders Harley Davidson in Trussville, ending back at Heart of Dixie Harley-Davidson.  The after-party will include live entertainment by the Sinners, a complimentary lunch by Courtyard Oyster Bar, beverages from Coca Cola Bottling Company, and door prizes for registered riders. Heart of Dixie Harley-Davidson and BCRFA together are making a strong contribution toward breast cancer research in Alabama. Registration is $30 per rider, or $50 for 2-up on a motorcycle and includes one event t-shirt per person. Further event details and online registration is available at www.revvin4research.com.    Confirmed event sponsors for the 2015 Revvin’ 4 Research include: Heart of Dixie Harley-Davidson, Long-Lewis Ford Lincoln, Superior Hyundai and Riders Harley-Davidson. Companies interested in helping support the ride may contact the BCRFA at 205.996.5463.
