The City of Calera proudly announces its successful collaboration with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama (BCRFA) for the 13th consecutive year, achieving a significant milestone of raising $57,000 during the Calera Goes Pink! campaign.

4TH ANNUAL BOW-UP AGAINST BREAST CANCER 3-D ARCHERY TOURNAMENT
4th Annual Bow-Up Against Breast Cancer 3-D Archery Tournament –Bowhunters and archers from across the Southeast take aim and help fund breast cancer research in Alabama. The 4th Annual “Bow-Up Against Breast Cancer” 3-D Archery Tournament on June 13 and 14th will benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama.
Bowhunters and archers of all ages will compete this weekend at Cullman Archery Park. Registration is $20 per archer; 8 and under are $10. Funds raised support breast cancer research in Alabama. Pre-registration is not required.
Bow-Up has raised over $66,000 in 3 years – by the end of the this weekend’s tournament, the event is expected to have raised over $100,000 in 4 years for breast cancer research! 2015 is expected to be a record-breaking year with over 400 bow enthusiasts expected to participate in the 2 day event.
