11th Annual “Revvin’ 4 Research” Event

11TH ANNUAL “REVVIN’ 4 RESEARCH” EVENT HAS RIDERS REVVING UP TO RAISE MONEY FOR BREAST CANCER RESEARCH RIGHT HERE IN ALABAMA

Birmingham, AL (August 23, 2019)– Rev your engines and get ready to raise money for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama’s charity motorcycle ride. Heart of Dixie Harley-Davidson will host the 11th annual “Revvin’ 4 Research” ride on Sunday, September 29, 2019. All proceeds from this event will support breast cancer research in Alabama.

On-site registration will begin at noon, with lunch available for all registered participants provided by the Yellow Rose. The police escorted ride departs Heart of Dixie Harley-Davidson at 2:00 PM. The route will pass through Oak Mountain State Park and conclude at the Yellow Rose in Birmingham.

“Revvin’ 4 Research would not be possible without the support of Heart of Dixie Harley-Davidson, our sponsors, and the incredible volunteers who have been working so hard on this event,” said Jill Carter, BCRFA Board of Directors President. “We hope to have hundreds of motorcycle riders come out and help us fund research and save lives!”

This annual event has raised over $117,000 for the BCRFA since it began in 2009. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the ride help fund local breast cancer research. One in eight women and one in 1,000 men will battle this disease.

Register before September 15th and save $5, plus receive a $20 coupon toward any recommended Harley-Davidson services! Registration is $30 for a single rider/$55 for two-up through September 15th. Beginning September 16th, registration is $35 for single/$60 for two-up. Early registrants will receive their special service coupon when they check in at the ride! More event details and online registration is available at www.revvin4research.com.
