Whether you volunteer your time, commit to a sponsorship, or donate in honor or in memory of a loved one, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation appreciates your involvement.

Volunteer Opportunities:

• The “Funding Breast Cancer Research in Alabama” license plate posters are now available. If you would like to distribute these to area businesses and merchants in your city or town, please call our office at (205) 871-4653.


• On Thursday, January 24, 2008 5:30-7:30 p.m. the BCRFA will hold our annual “Volunteer Meeting” at the Southern Progress building. We will discuss our 2008 breast cancer research fundraising events and how each person can get involved. Call (205) 871-4653 to RSVP your attendance.


• The Pink Ribbon Tee Party will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2008 at the Southern Progress building. Please mark your calendars to volunteer. (Information will be distributed at the January 24th meeting)


• The 13th Annual Drive-Out Breast Cancer LPGA Pro-AM will be at Old Overton Club on Monday, May 5, 2008. Volunteers will be needed from 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. (Information will be distributed at the January 24th meeting)
